What information do you collect?

• Account information: name, email, password (stored as a secure hash, never in plain text).
• Order information: delivery address, phone number, items purchased, order history.
• Payment information: processed directly by NicePay, so we never see or store your full card number.
• Cart contents: stored in a cookie for guests, or linked to your account if logged in.
• Usage information: device type, app version, pages/screens opened, and when and for how long you are active (see “What usage data do you collect and why?” below).

How do you use my information?

To process and deliver your orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to support requests, and improve the store. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Do you share my information with third parties?

Payment details are shared with NicePay solely to process your payment. We do not share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

How long do you keep my data?

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active, or as required to resolve disputes and comply with applicable law (order and tax records are retained under Korean e-commerce regulations even after an account is deleted). If you delete your account, your personal data is removed immediately, but we permanently keep two minimal records: (1) an anti-abuse record of the deletion — your name, a masked email, an irreversible one-way code derived from your email, and the last 8 digits of your phone number — used only to prevent one-time benefits (welcome bonuses, referral rewards, limited-use coupons) from being claimed repeatedly through account re-registration; and (2) coupon-redemption records (name, email, phone digits, coupon code, and order number) kept as part of our transaction and anti-fraud records. Neither record is used for marketing or shared with anyone.

What usage data do you collect and why?

While you use the website or the app we record basic usage information: the type of device (desktop or phone browser, Android or iOS app), the app version, the pages or screens you open, and when and for how long you are active. Each browser or app install gets a random identifier we generate ourselves so we can count visits; it is not an advertising identifier and it is not linked to anything outside our service. If you are logged in, this usage is linked to your account. We use it only to understand how the store is used, to keep it running smoothly (for example choosing quiet hours for maintenance and updates), to fix problems, and to improve or personalise the service. It is never sold or shared with advertisers or data brokers. Usage records are kept for up to about 13 months and then deleted; if you delete your account, the link between your account and any usage records is removed immediately.

What are my rights?

You can review or update your account details from your account page, or contact us to request a copy or deletion of your personal data. Deleting your account removes your personal data immediately, except the legally required order records and the minimal anti-abuse records described above.
