Data Deletion Instructions

If you have an account
Log in, then go to Account → Profile and choose Delete My Account near the bottom of the page. This immediately and permanently deletes your account, saved addresses, favorites, cart, and search/browsing history. Past orders are kept for our own transaction records but are no longer linked to your name or email.
If you signed in with Google or Facebook
The same steps above work regardless of how you signed in — the account page will ask you to type a confirmation phrase instead of a password, since social sign-in accounts don't have one.
If you can't log in
Email placeholder@example.com from the address on your account, and we'll delete it manually within a few business days.
